What can working out teach you about life?

1. Flexing new muscles BURNS. And it’s the same for flexing a new muscle spiritually, emotionally or intellectually. You have to MOVE the new muscle and be with the pain in order for it to get stronger.

2. You can’t do anything alone. Support is SO necessary when we go to build businesses, improve our bodies, create powerful relationships and change our lives. So just like a workout buddy, grab a friend who can support you in your goals!
