4 Steps to Manifesting What You Really Want!

July 17, 2014 by

Here we cover the 4 steps you need to manifest what you REALLY want.

Step #1: Get really clear on what you want to create and “what for.” What is your vision and what is it actually about? Create a list of everything you desire and don’t waver on any non-negotiables.

Step #2: Remove any blocks to believing. Write everything out that’s in the way of you getting the relationship, body, career, etc. you really want. This is your opportunity to take a look at any negative beliefs and clear them out of the space once and for all.

Step #3: Don’t get attached to the specifics! Hold your vision, but release attachment and allow your higher self to work out the details.

Step #4: Take action! NOW! Sitting around and willing things to happen doesn’t actually work (surprise!). Apply to the job. Make an effort to meet the new people you want to attract into your life. The Universe will respond to your faith, supporting you in manifesting your desires.

OWN what you want, and go create it. You CAN have the life you desire.

Sending lots of love this week!

Thank You.

Earlier this month, my colleague Kelly and I decided to give away 20 sample coaching sessions (that’s $3,000 worth of coaching)! We wanted to give back to the community and support others — as we’ve been supported in growing in our careers and expanding our personal lives.

I talked to SO MANY amazing women and men this month. It was a joy, a pleasure and a challenge. It reminded me about the big what for behind my coaching practice. Why do I do this work? This year, I’ve seen my clients find happy relationships, fall in love, get engaged and rekindle the flame with their significant other. I’ve watched them get promotions, get a job they really love, expand their businesses, make time for their art and have record months. Most importantly, I’ve partnered with my clients as they rediscover themselves — and in some cases, actually fall head over heels in love with what they see. The common denominator is that they never thought any of those things would happen!

Being a coach is overwhelmingly rewarding. But coaching isn’t all about winning. Let’s think about sports for a minute…

You play to win. You strategize. You break through blocks and destroy limiting beliefs. You test your body’s limits. You believe you will crush it. You visualize it fully. But sometimes we lose a game. Someone else has trained harder, played smarter or simply outrun us. Sometimes we are exhausted.

I share this because I want you to know I’ve also seen my clients get their hearts broken, lose money and leave relationships that aren’t serving them anymore. Failures are opportunities for growth and reincarnation. They are an extremely normal part of life; in fact, you could argue that failure doesn’t exist. There is only opportunity, the next step. It’s how we get up when we fall down that makes the defining difference in how we operate our lives.

My job is to hold their hands during these times, support them in creating a plan and hold them accountable to execute on their dreams. And honestly, it’s a MASSIVE pleasure. To win, we have to get back up again. I play so that I can be part of the process. So that I can understand personal development on a microscopic level and partner with the people who want to bring more magic, beauty, innovation and love into the world.

And this is the power of coaching — finding your glow and sharing it with the world.

I also want to say a special thanks to our spray tanning clients on the beauty side of our business. Britney and I adore you. In the past few years, I’ve realized that beauty is a huge access point to self-love and gratitude for who we are in the world. Thank you for coming in and giving yourself the opportunity to feel beautiful, loved and cared for. External beauty isn’t everything (most of us want to feel beautiful and complete on the inside too) but it’s an extremely important act of self-love. Thank you for giving yourself that gift.

And most of all, thank you for letting me be with you. Thank you for the stories and experiences. I am SO SO grateful.

With love and gratitude,

P.S. I have spots available for TWO clients for December 2013. To book a sample session (or ask any questions), shoot me an email.

What Would You Do for Yourself if Money was Irrelevant?

September 21, 2013 by

It’s no secret that not taking care of ourselves creates frustration and lack, whereas taking care of ourselves (sleeping, eating, exercising, primping, resting, writing, venting, creating boundaries, maintaining healthy relationships) creates fullness and joy.

But what does extreme self-care really look like?

I’m working on two books, building my coaching practice and growing the spray tanning side of our business with my #1 girl, Britney. I’ve created a rich and supported personal life. But often, I’m still too busy, too stressed and too exhausted at the end of the day. I see this with my clients too, and I know our cups just aren’t full enough.

We aren’t overflowing. And we deserve to overflow.

To dig into this concept, I opened the notes section of my iPhone and wrote, “what does extreme self-care look like?”
